Just about every wedding photo I came across from last season, every summer soiree, included guests in the same dress type: spaghetti straps, lots of lace, longish in length. And I loved all of them. Just not all of the price tags. Fast forward twelve months and lots of other trends to try in between, and I kind of gave up on the pursuit. Then, recently, I happened to be in T.J. Maxx and on a rack in a completely different section than where it should be, hung a replica of the dress I had my eye on all those months ago. I scooped it up with no particular place to wear it, no upcoming occasions that I could think of, but with the $26 price tag (which was less than the t-shirt I brought with me to the checkout line) I couldn’t pass it up. You might still be able to snag it at you local store, too, but if not, I found virtually the same exact one here (and below), and have rounded up some other dupes that are all super affordable and super chic.
{Top Row, Left to Right}:
1. Such a pretty dusty pink and the detailing on the back is perfection.
2. Great dress to wear as a wedding guest or to any dinner party.
3. Crisp white is always a good idea come spring.
{Bottom Row, Left to Right}:
4. This purple crochet with nude liner is such a pretty combo.
Happy shopping!
